4. DIY Green Clay Mask- One reader said, "I do this once a week, it works wonders!"

5. Using Apple Cider Vinegar Topically- One reader said, "I read this post last winter and have been using acv on my face every day. I put it in a glass bottle with a nozzle and I just spray it on every night. It's the only thing that keeps me from breaking out, thank you so much."

6. How to Make Your own Anti-Aging Tea using Turmeric

I buy rose water at a local Asian market. I use it for everything from setting my makeup to refreshing my curls. In the summer I keep a small bottle in my fridge and spritz myself with it when the temperature gets too high. I LOVE that stuff. I also did a homemade cold cream and used rose water instead of water in my recipe.

This is such a great list! I've been using coconut oil as a face wash for a while and I absolutely love it. That vitamic c mask looks great, too!

Hello, Delighted Momma! You have such a delightful blog here. I thought it's just a beauty blog, but it's more than that! Today, I've just read your craft posts, your daily life, your DIYs, and you have green effort! It's like all in one. Things I love in a blog.

By the way, thank you for these tips! I also use DIY Vitamin C serum and (virgin) coconut oil for my skincare routine. They are good! :)

Hey Girl!

Let me start off by saying that I love your blog, it's my absolute fav!

For the past few months my hormones have been all over the place causing my skin to be break out in ways in never has before. I've been so blessed with mostly clear skin my whole lifeand I rarely wear makeup or need to 'cover up' blemishes.

With my recent hormonal roller coaster, though, sadly has come acne randomly in huge influxes. It's something I've never experienced and has been frustrating me as I eat very clean (paleo) so I can't attribute it to something I can easily change like my diet. Anyways I'll get to the point - I bought Apple Cider Vinegar and followed your instructions above. The results..UNBELIEVABLE! <--yes it deserves all capital letters.

Within just a week of starting this daily routine (I try to put it on my skin once or twice a day and leave on for 30 minutes) my skin is almost back completely back to clear and normal.

I personally hate the smell but I'll gladly endure those few minutes in the beginning while it sets in of smell for these fantastic results.

Thank you thank you thank you for the share. I've seen others post about the benefits but for some reason your blog got me actually try it. Although I don't know you personally, you're a credible reference to me solely based on the lemon bar recipe haha those too are unbelievable!

Anyways, just thought I'd share. I think everyone should try it!

Are all of these diy face regimens safe to use while pregnant? I suddenly have little bumps on my cheeks that give me skin a bad looking texture and hyperpigmentation on both sides of my jaw line. I'm not sure what/if I can do to help it while pregnant? T hanks!

Thanks for summarizing all of these in one place. I used coconut oil in the past, but didn't like it. Definitely not for cooking. I've got terrible stomach pain.

I've been burned on my forearms by the sun, due to a medication I take, and it's now healing (slowly) buy I very badly need something to restore my forearms from the DRY, SCALY skin .

This is awesome! Thanks for sharing. I've been hearing lots about rosewater benefitting skin lately, but I haven't tried it myself yet (now I'll have to!). However, I began using the best natural sunscreen daily and it has made such a huge difference. It definitely helps avoid dry, flaky skin in the winter.

when it comes of the skin care I prefer to attain the natural remedies instead of any other alternative. I believe going natural is way more significant as this will never result into any drawback or side-effect.

Great tips. You have to take care for your skin from inside (eating/drinking foods with enough nutrients) and from outside using for example hydrating masks
