One of the most annoying things when you are single is watching and reading all about Valentine's Day. Right? I have been there. So this is perfect if you just want to forget all about Valentine's Day but still want to make a single serving of a delicious flourless 3 minute mug cake for one!

I TOTALLY got sucked into this season of the Bachelor, too, even after telling myself that LAST season was the last one I'd watch. Why are we suck suckers for that stuff? Glad I'm not alone.

I want you to know, I totally jot down your recipes on sticky notes at work and put them in my purse to make when I get home. My recipe book is full of pink and purple sticky notes that haven't gotten copied onto nice notecards yet.

I have always loved that little bracelet! And I can attest that the flourless chocolate mug cake is scrumptious :) Somehow, I missed out on that ice cream... I will be taking a further look into that one! XO Brynn
