Things That Make Me Say Yeay

My morning ritual...a cup of coffee and a green smoothie.

My best friend sent me the Insanity series. SO so excited to start the workouts! Have you tried it? If so let me know what you think!

Juicy and colorful heirloom tomatoes from the farmers market. These are so delicious that you can actually bite into them like an apple...messy yes but so good.

Max getting his first haircut. I thought he would completely freak out since he doesn't even let me brush his hair but he sat there like a pro.

Covergirl Lipslicks Lipgloss. My favorite cheap go to beauty product.

So happy the weekend is finally here! Lately I have been dreaming about all things fall and I can not wait for the weather to cool down so I can bring out my boots and scarves. Who is with me on that?

Totally with you! I long for crisp breezes and scarf-worthy days. That season just doesn't last long enough, if you ask me. Have a great weekend! :)

You will like the insanity workouts. It is a love hate relationship. I did it before my wedding, and just started the whole thing all over again. Hope you like it!

me and the hubby are doing p90x, and plan on doing insanity afterwards. i hear its more intense than p90x, if so, it will kick your butt! in a good way. :)

Insanity is great! Just be very careful with the moves that require you to land in a pushup position- I really tweaked my wrist during one of the workouts and haven't been able to do pushups or even hold myself in high plank position since (and that was two years ago!)

Insanity is amazing! Between P90X and Insanity I think Insanity gives you better results. Be pre-warned though that there is no beginner level. It's hit the ground and go kind of workouts! :) Good Luck!

I love heirloom tomatoes! I always try to grow them but I hardly get any and they are not as good as the farmers market!

Green smoothies = amazing. Coffee = amazing. Green smoothies + coffee = amazing, squared. :)

I haven't done Insanity, but I have done P90X and I really enjoyed it!

I'm a Pilates instructor and feel that insanity is super unsafe!
I do p90x and feel it is a more effective workout. Have fun!

Your blog is awesome. I have searched high and low for dessert recipes without white sugar and flour with no luck. Tried your zucchini brownies! Wow!!! Tha ks for the thyme tip. Will be trying it out. I did insanity and I loved how toned and slim I felt but it is definitely a hard workout regimen. Do it. You will feel strong.

I love Insanity! I grew up playing sports and its a lot like a sports workout. You don't need weights, dumbbells, bands or anything, just your body! Make sure you have water and towels ready for the sweat! And don't get too crazy at the beginning bc there is a lot more too come. Don't get burnt out too quickly!
