If at all possible (with two young boys and a major reno) try to find some time each day for relaxation and you time. This can be your run, or a book, or a bath. Yoga would be a great option as well.

I have tried Loose It before and found that it can add more stress and obsessiveness with trying to tack every single calorie of food. I don't count calories any more. As long as you are eating clean, fresh food (mostly veggies) in to your system your body will take notice and help to heal (stress) better since it is running on good quality fuel.

I love this post because it shows that no one is perfect, we are all human. I find internet peeps like to only share the good, which makes sense, why would you want to showcase anything at your worst, right? This funk will pass and when it does you will be better for it.

Best of luck with everything :)Daniellehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16878848129723053637noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8505544608932186547.post-47344707876883084522015-11-09T06:03:08.055-08:002015-11-09T06:03:08.055-08:00Hi there!

I've heard good things of the My Fitness Pal app, too, but that's also a track-everything one. I realized that even though that glass was comforting in the evening, it was bringing me down (making me feel slightly sluggish) throughout that week. I've since gone back to only having a glass or two once MAYBE twice during the week, usually when watching one of my trash reality shows--and my energy level is back up! I substituted my glass with tea as well. I think us stressed out moms crave something "comforting" we can look forward to. That evening tea has worked just as well for me. ;)NikGhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01254769071727665000noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8505544608932186547.post-21873028173170149982015-10-14T07:46:54.630-07:002015-10-14T07:46:54.630-07:00I am with you all the way!! I've found that using the app has made me more aware of my food choices and has helped me to make positive and lasting changes in my diet. Decisions, building inspectors, monetary setbacks, all while raising kids and trying to be the best wife can be hard in stressful times. I think what you are doing is great! What a great experience. Just realize there is an end to the madness and that this too shall pass. Just think of the finished product, it's going to be amazing!
