Is there an amount you limit yourself to so it does not affect your blood sugar? I was dx at 42 with type 1.5 three years ago, lost tons of weight and drastically changed my diet and lifestyle. I am constantly asked what I miss the most in terms of food. My #1 answer to this is bread and pasta, but sometimes it's fruity drinks. Honestly, what I miss the most is not having to constantly think about how each and everything I eat or do will effect my numbers.
